Dear Investors,

The last two months have been busy times for us. The end of the story is that we had to rewrite all our software. The back-story is that for about the last 10 years the MLS has used the same system, called Fusion and our analysis software was married to the data we could export.

On June 1st, the MLS switched over to a new system called Matrix. While Matrix is a far superior solution, the structure of the data completely changed and some of the data we counted on in the past is not available with Matrix. The net result was that we had to rewrite all of our software. So, the linked data in this newsletter is the output from the new software. It operates a bit differently so check the last card in the card set which contains a video overview.

Since we were forced into rewriting everything, we focused on two major goals for mobile users, which represent about 80% of the hits on our website. These two goals were ease-of-use and fast page loads. The ease-of-use came from a change in the organization and presentation of the information. In the prior generation of software the information was arranged in a hierarchical structure. The top was a summary card with a single photo and you drilled down to get to more detailed information. With the new generation of software, everything has been flattened and on a single card for each property.

Photos are a bit different in this generation too. Photos are now merged into a single long photo strip, just scroll down to see the images. We also included a static map as the second image on every card. If you would like to see a larger live map, scroll to the bottom of the card and you will see a link to a Google map. We also included a link to the Zillow page for each property where you can see larger photos and demographic information.

We're still in active development and will be adding more features over the next few weeks. Also, if you have recommendations on how we can improve, please let us know. Lastly, while we tried hard to QA the software, there will be bugs. Please let us know if you see anything and we will try to correct it immediately.
