Milwaukee LF Ryan Braun reached base four times in a 3-2 loss to the Dodgers, with a double, two singles, and a hit by pitch. He also stole a base and got picked-off at first base. On the other side of the diamond, Dodgers CF Joc Pederson went hitless.

Yankees 1B Ike Davis had a pinch-hit single in a 8-2 win over Minnesota.

Toronto CF Kevin Pillar singled in a 13-3 win over Baltimore.

After homering in three straight games, Detroit 2B Ian Kinsler went hitless in a 10-3 loss to Kansas City. In an interview on the MLB Network, he talked about ping pong, his father (a prison warden), college teammate Dustin Pedroia, and the time a pitch hit him in the groin. 

Oakland 3B Danny Valencia singled and doubled in a 3-2 win over Anaheim. He's hitting .331.

Astros reliever Scott Feldman and Yankees reliever Richard Bleier did not play.
