Face of Manufacturing is owner of manufacturing company that exports to 30 countries

Mark Sauer grew up on a farm in Michigan and started his first business, a lawn mowing company, at the age of 10. His father helped him finance the equipment and paid the bank back one week at a time until that equipment was paid off. It was then he caught the entrepreneurial bug.

After college he worked at both small and large manufacturing facilities, where he worked in many facets of the companies, but his greatest education came as he shadowed the owners and learned about running a business.

He moved to Coastal Georgia to take a job at a small agriculture equipment manufacturing plant and two years later after assembling a team of investors, purchased the company, Savannah Global Solutions.

Today, he is the sole owner of Savannah Global.

Read Mark's story and view his video as discusses how he got to where he is today, what drives him, and how he is developing a sustainable business model to keep his business growing in an ever-changing industry.
