20 Years and Decisions, Decisions
Hello <<First Name>>
Well, another month of extremes – heatwave followed by torrential downpours. It’s been said that we Brits go out with a raincoat, umbrella, cardigan and swimsuit – ready for three changes of weather in a day!
And private practice is like that – either a feast or a famine. I am celebrating 20 years in private practice and I’ve seen many ups and downs in demand. Because Lancaster is a university city, many of my student clients have moved on to employment elsewhere after graduation, some ‘elderlies’ and have passed away to a better place, and those I ‘fixed’ have stayed fixed. Success is its own reward.
Now is a time for making some difficult business decisions. Many of you know I work in three locations (Lancaster, Forton and Knott End). I’ve been at Jo & Cass in Lancaster for four and a half happy years, up in the ‘penthouse’ (top floor), but I am seriously contemplating asking my diminishing list of faithful Lancaster clients to follow me to Forton - in a car, it’s not very far - where I have full treatment facilities on the ground floor and parking at the door. I realise this may not suit everyone but that’s the risk in relocating any business. Most of my clients are now based south of the university – at Knott End, Preesall, Pilling, Winmarleigh, Garstang, Galgate and Forton.
I am very keen to hear what you think so please email me and let me know.
All the best,
