Easy and Delicious!
Basic Recipe:
- Choose your favorite flavor: Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, or Banana
- 1/2 Cup Cold Water
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Smoothie Mix
- 2 Tbsp Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Low Carb Heavy Cream
- 1/4 -1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 - 6 Ice Cubes
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on low speed followed by medium speed until very smooth. Pour, garnish as desired, and enjoy!
