Epping Town Show cancelled
It is with much regret that Epping Town Show on Sunday, July 3 (this Sunday) has been cancelled.
Weeks of continued rain have left Stonards Hill Recreation Ground soaked and waterlogged and with more rain forecast in the next few days the ground would not be able to withstand such an event.
Stonards Hill Recreation Ground is a busy public space and we have to ensure it is kept in the best condition for everyone to use.
Epping Town Council will work on ideas for future years to try and mitigate the problematic weather.
