Tomato Pie
with Basil & Local Cheese
Tomato season is known to some, especially to those who shop locally, as the most wonderful time of the year.
You might want to plan on making two of these tomato pies. Yes, they're that good.
Broccoli & Kohlrabi
Fried Rice

This veggie-heavy stir fry calls for just a bit of brown rice or quinoa to bulk up the meal and add texture.

Feel free to substitute other vegetables as the seasons change, or to suit your taste.
