Excel Scratch

It's amazing.  Half the year has already passed and we are in the midst of Summer 2016.  I remember when I was younger, summer vacation felt like ages. That time was filled with vacation trips, growth spurts (very few) and ice cream. Today, time passes by so quickly.  Perhaps that is why I register certain activities more than I use too.  I take more photos, videos and jot down thoughts. Perhaps it's a way to capture a moment that will fly away but I can relive again. When you consider these mediums (i.e. photo, video etc.) they are all data points. Information about a particular point in time.  The same way summer memories are important is the same way data in business is important. Reliving historical data can give us insights, provide enjoyment and growth just like our summer days.  It's amazing...analytics is all around us.  Happy Summer!
