Summer B-I-N-G-O Friday, July 8 6:30-8:00 p.m. Join us at Lowe Park for a night of fun and a chance to win some cash! Games of BINGO will be played for $0.25 per card, per game and we will pay back cash prizes to the winner of each game. There will also be a few bonus games. The night will conclude with a winner-take-all game of blackout. Participants are welcome to bring food and drinks to enjoy while they play. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Seats and cards will be first come, first serve until we are out of space and/or cards.

Every Wednesday and Sunday evening, from 4 p.m. to close, bring the family and enjoy a night of swimming for only $12. Admission can include up to a maximum of 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 18.
July 17 is $2 day. Pay only $2 per person and enjoy a fun Sunday at the pool.

Marion Farmers’ Market:The Marion Farmers’ Market offers a variety of locally grown produce, fresh baked goods, flowers, homemade crafts, and much more. Stop by Taube Park (2200 31st Street) Saturday mornings between 8-11:30 a.m. and check out all the fantastic offerings that are produced right here in your own community.

Tall Grass & Weeds: It is a violation of City code to have plants, grass, or weeds growing uncultivated and out of control at a height of 8 inches or more. Please call the office at 319-447-3580 to report.
Urban Forestry/Tree Maintenance: The Urban Forestry division of the Parks and Recreation Department oversees the maintenance and care of right-of-way trees. Questions or concerns can be directed to 319-447-3580.

Looking for something fun to keep your little one busy and active? Parents and children will have access each day to a variety of sports equipment and games to play with. No structure or instructor, just show up and play with the provided equipment! This program is held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather or rain, the program will be canceled. Join us out at Lowe Park as the Marion Public Library brings their popular story time on the road. PeeWee Flag Football Children Grades K–1st (Fall 2016/17) This football league is run like a mini clinic that teaches the fundamentals of football. Players have instructional practices the first 3 nights and games the remaining 5 night of the program. VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED!
