Crownstone as a Rockstart participant has been tremendously busy with preparing for so-called "Demo Day". A demo day is the final presentation of startups that go through an accelerator program. For example the Y Combinator accelerator has a demo day. Even corporates like Google have a demo day nowadays. You also might recognize it from the first episode of the Silicon Valley comedy series, a series we wholeheartedly recommend of course!
The demo day is invitation-only by Rockstart to attract investors and other big shots. This is of course nice for them, but as our first fans, we would like to give you a sneak preview of what they will get to experience. A clip of last year can be found here.
Here you see Alex performing the last checks to show how we detect that a smartphone moves from one room to another. This can subsequently be used by the Crownstones to be switched on or off. For a movie go to our Facebook page!
