Positioning Organisations in the New Environment

The training package being developed is titled ‘Positioning Organisations in the New Environment’. This training package is being partnered with Hunter Valley Sector Support and Development Project Auspice by integratedliving Australia Ltd, Macarthur Disability Services and Mid Coast Communities.
 
The aim of this is to assist organisation through the transition of the Aged and Disability Reforms by providing an interactive workshop in how to implement this and start the conversations within the organisation.
 
Participants who are team leaders or front line staff are invited to attend.

Information about the training workshops is as follows:
 
Come on a journey to the New World!

- Are you ready?
- Where do you fit in?
- What else do you need to do?
- What can you offer?  

Together we will explore the ‘PREPAREDNESS PATHWAY’ so that you can see how ready you and your organisations are for the changes ahead.
 
This one day workshop will include practical activities to help you figure out whether you are ‘on track’ and also where you have more work to do.
 
This workshop will help you find clarity and confidence as we negotiate this journey to the ‘new world’.
