Call for Nomination of Trustees
The Ngāti Koata Trust (the Trust) manages the settlement assets of the Trust on behalf of the Ngāti Koata community. The Trust is governed by seven trustees, two of which must retire by rotation later this year.
Nominations are sought to fill the pending vacancies on the Trust. One of the retiring Trustees can stand for re-election if they choose.
Nominations for the Trustee positions are now open and close 12 noon Friday August the 5th.

CATERING
REMINDER: The Trust is seeking expressions of interest for caterers to provide the meals for our AGM and Te Reo achievements awards and celebration.
Your menu and proposed costs will need to be sent to the Trust to pa@ngatikoata.com, before Friday July the 29th 2016. Is to cater for up to 70 people and will include:
Friday nights dinner ( SOUL FOOD) Breakfast Saturday and Sunday.
Morning tea on Saturday, a light lunch and Hakari meal after the AGM.
The Hakari meal after the AGM will be held in conjunction with our Te Reo achievements awards and celebrations
When sending your proposal into the Trust please make sure you identify this as AGM and HUI-A-IWI catering.
ENTERTAINMENT
We are looking for Entertainment for our AGM and our Te Reo awards. If you have an idea that you would like to lead and progress please send this through to louisa@ngatikoata.com by Friday July the 29th 2016

Kia Ngawari Seniors 2nd Registration for Te Matatini 2017 will be held Thursday evening 21st July 6pm - 7pm @ Ngati Koata, Vickerman Street.
If you are interested in standing as a kaihaka or a supporting member we invite you to attend. If you have already registered you are not required to attend again. The tutorship will be facilitating the evening & presentation and look forward to seeing you all there. Please start circulating this information far & wide...
