Happy July!

Phew what a month June was!
I was busy teaching & travelling as well as absorbing the Uk's vote on the EU and its potential impact on small business & individual designers like me who sell within the EU. Sadly it looks like it will mean huge changes to what & where I can sell but fingers crossed things aren't as bleak as they appear at the moment and it may still be some way off.

But enough of sad things and onto good things - beads & beading!

This month I'm launching 3 new 'My Favourite Delicas' packs and each of these is themed around a certain colour scheme or concept and I'm excited to launch these as I've saved a lot of my favourite colours for them.
These are the 4th, 5th & 6th of my bead packs using 'old' colours of Delicas and are scheduled to be my last. From now on I will only do these when new colours are launched (so keep an eye out for 1-2 weeks times when I will have a very exciting couple of sets to launch...)

It's now been just over a week since I sent out the early instructions for my Summer 2016 Secret Beadalong and it's been wonderful to see photos (all in secret for now of course) of finished pieces. It's a real treat to work on something like this and the photos and feedback warm my heart no end.

So until next month, and lots of exciting new things... best wishes and happy beading

p.s. due to travel & work after tomorrow my next posting date will be Tuesday 26th July which is when the 3 new bead sets will ship

This sparkling Tretze pendant unites peyote stitch with Swarovski crystals to dramatic effect.

The pendants is strung on 1-3 strands of co-ordinating CRAW chain with a beaded s-hook clasp so you can vary the look each time you wear it.

This class is being taught on the 8th July at StitchnCraft Beads
