Complete Your Compliance Attestation Form

In order to sell 2017 BlueChoice HealthPlan products in the individual under-65 market (on or off exchange), currently appointed agents must complete their compliance attestation forms by August 31, 2016. If you are currently an appointed agent and do not complete the form by August 31, you will NOT be allowed to sell BlueChoice^® products in 2017. 

This year, we are making this process much easier for you. You can log into the Learning Management System (LMS) to complete the form online.
 
How to Access LMS
Remember, LMS has moved. To access the system, you should:

1. Go to www.BlueChoiceSC.com.
2. Select the Agents link on the left navigation.
3. Select the Learning Management System link to access the login page.
4. Log in using this information:
   • User name: Your South Carolina Department of Insurance number
   • Your initial password: profile#
5. After you log in, you will be prompted to change your password. First time users:  type in the password as listed above to log in. You will be prompted to change your password once you log in. If you’ve previously logged in, use your current password.
