From TAKODA Institute in May
&
Back to Waite House in July
In May, thanks to a group of 37 dedicated students, educators and volunteers, we served 25 people who brought in 31 devices.

"Grateful that there are people that want to help people with their computers and those perplexing questions they have without having to worry anymore than it's something other than what it is.  They were great, thanks so much."  ~ Participant at Takoda

Special thanks to Neng, Paul and Frank at Takoda Institute for making sure everything was set up and running smoothly!

Fix-It Tech is transitioning to a volunteer and community coordinated program, so we need more leaders to organize future events.  Debby Paulseth and Justin Zack are working to get tasks covered, and Wilson Maceno will be managing the tech gear.

Here's how you can help:
Fix-It Tech volunteers are also encouraged to sign up for tech repairs at
Hennepin County's Fix-it Clinics
Contact Nancy.Lo@hennepin.us for more information and to sign up, and visit her website for details and schedule.  Thanks to Nancy for visiting us in May and sharing all her event planning tools and processes with our team.  We built Fix-It Tech with her model.

Hennepin County's next event is July 16, noon - 4:00 pm at Minneapolis Community & Technical College.
