Good Luck Michael, Allison and Bob
We are so excited! Not only did Michael Phelps and Allison Schmitt qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games but they were also selected as Team Captains for the Men's and Women's Teams (respectfully). Earlier this year, Bob Bowman was named the Men's Swimming Head Coach.
Make sure to watch and cheer them on in Rio.
Busy at the 2016 Olympic Trials
We had a great time at the 2016 Olympic Swimming Trials catching up with old friends and making new ones. The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands stopped by our booth in the Aqua Zone. They have been implementing our im program for over five years. It was awesome to meet with new im participants that are enrolled in our multi-faceted program of water-safety lessons, health education and goal-setting instruction.

It was so fun to meet up with the Condie Family during our favorite meal ... lunch! Not only have they been great supporters, but they also were the first to find out the Baltimore Bullet shirts make a great dress. And lastly, Debbie Phelps spoke at a fundraising event for the Fremont Family YMCA where she was able to spend some time with our great friends Garrett and Dian (see below).
Bidders on Your Mark
Time is running out to bid at Charitybuzz for your chance to meet the most decorated Olympic athlete of all time, our founder Michael Phelps! It's your choice if you want a swim lesson, go golfing or just relax with some good food and conversation. You'll leave with memories that will last a lifetime and will feel great knowing we will benefit from the proceeds. Go bid now because the auction closes tomorrow.
im Program Expansion
We are happy to announce that this summer we have expanded our im program to Mesa, Arizona and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Statistics have shown both locations have very high drowning rates*.  By partnering with Pitchfork Aquatics we delivered life-saving program to over 50 members from Boys & Girls Clubs of East Valley (AZ). “Since moving to Arizona last year, I have learned the state has one of highest rates of accidental drownings in the country," said Michael Phelps. “Pitchfork Aquatics has been a great partner and we appreciate their support in providing the im program to the local community."

With the financial support from the Chris Paul Family Foundation, we have expanded to the Winston Salem Boys & Girls Club (NC).  We trained instructors from Winston Salem State to offer swim lessons to over 100 youth everyday for eight weeks.

*Between 2008 and 2012, 138 children under the age of 18 died as the result of unintentional drowning in North Carolina. Arizona is ranked number two in the nation for child drownings, behind Florida.
THE GIFT YOU MAKE TODAY WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
