London III—Can We Get an Amen?!
Our team was able to partner with several local ministries during our time in the UK. We received guidance and training from missionaries, evangelized throughout the streets of London, and had spiritual conversations with the graduates of St. Peter's SPEAR program—a wonderful program designed to equip at-risk and struggling youth to find employment. It was an incredible blessing to encourage existing ministries in the London area, and to be enriched by their faith and dedication to sharing the love of Jesus.
Each of us fell in love with East London. More importantly, Jesus is so in love with the people we met and those who are still far from Him. Amazing things happen when we ask for the Lord's eyes to see and ears to hear. We were engaged in spiritual warfare directly and indirectly on this trip, but were empowered to find that evil is no match for the name of Jesus! 2 Corinthians 10:3–4 says, "For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but have divine power to destroy strongholds." Can we get an AMEN?!
This trip was challenging physically, mentally, and spiritually. We were each convicted and inspired to intentionally bring the Holy Spirit to unbelievers in our networks at home. We realized how easy it is to connect with others on a superficial level, but how invaluable it is to use those opportunities to share the name of Jesus and pray for our neighbors! That was a convicting realization and the team as a whole is sensing the urgency to seek out and train new disciples of Christ. The Holy Spirit seeks to grant us wisdom and power to bring His healing to a broken world. There is no limit to what can be achieved in Jesus' name!
We cannot thank you enough for your generosity with finances and prayer during this mission. Our prayer is that you were blessed and empowered through this as we were. We are nothing without the body of Christ. This life means nothing if we are living for selfish motives. The world is so broken by our own sinful nature, but the Holy Spirit seeks to restore His kingdom by channeling Himself through our gifts and restoring our weakness. Our hope is that we can encourage one another to press on toward the goal, which leads to God's eternal glory!
Be blessed and strengthened, beloved ones!

College & Young Adults
This past February, our church participated in a survey called CHAT (Church Health Assessment Tool), where many of us gave feedback on overall church health. One piece of important feedback we received was a desire to see plans for college ministry. After listening and praying, we recently announced that one of our own, Ryan Lunde, has accepted the invitation to be our new College Pastor. Ryan has a burning vision for college students to live a life of kingdom significance. In partnership with Eddie Park, Ryan and Eddie are developing new vision for our College & Young Adults ministry and have some exciting things in store! Stay tuned for more information.
