• Bidding begins today, Friday July 1 at 10:00am MDT, and ends Saturday, July 9^th at 7:00pm MDT.
• Grand Teton National Park (GTNP) does not allow active bidding in the Park. All bids must be placed outside GTNP boundaries (that’s why we’re doing an online auction ahead of time instead of onsite).
• Only registered Roundup participants may bid on items or win them. That's a real perk!! Please don’t share the link in this email.
• To participate, go to APA’s online auction website and create an account. Once you’ve got an account, let the bidding wars begin!
• Winners will be announced and presented their gear at 9:00pm on July 9^th.
• Payment will occur automatically through Paypal when your bid wins at the auction closing time.

To participate in the raffle, make sure you buy your raffle tickets online ahead of time. Per GTNP rules, we will not be selling any raffle tickets onsite. One free raffle ticket will be distributed to each registrant upon check-in. Additional raffle tickets are $5 each on our website and sales close on Thursday, July 7^th at 12:00pm MST. Ticket pick-up will only be available at the check-in table – so be sure to stop by when you arrive!
 
T-shirts: New This Year!
To commemorate the awesome times we’ll have together, we’ve created a t-shirt for you to take the fun home with you this year. Supplies are limited!  Again, since GTNP doesn’t allow the sale of items in the park, t-shirts are available only online at the APA Store. Purchase yours in advance, and then pick them up when you check-in at the Roundup. Leftover T-shirts will be available online after the event, plus shipping.
