She Loves York Charity Ball With The Royal York Saturday 12 November 2016 Ticket Price: £55 Drinks Reception: 6:45pm Seated by: 7:30 Carriages: 1am It will be a glittering evening, starting with a drinks reception, dinner and an opportunity to dance the night away to the fantastic live band Huge, along with other entertainment and fund raising activities. We are delighted to be hosting our first She Loves York Ball within the beautiful surroundings of The Royal York! THE BAND: It will be a night to remember! DRESS CODE: Gentlemen: Black Tie Ladies: Full length and fabulous! CHARITIES: This spectacular event is being staged to raise funds for Macmillan and The Lord Mayor's chosen charities. Funds raised from the eventing will be split 50% to Macmillan and 50% to The Lord Mayor's chosen charities. BOOKING YOUR PLACE (S) & TABLES: We suggest, as tickets will be limited, with a capacity of 200 that you book your ticket(s) ASAP. There are tables of 10. If you wish to book a table of 10 you can do so by altering the amount of tickets you purchase. If you wish to book a few at a time that is OK too - we recommend the same person books each time so that we know you are on the same booking/table.
