Annual Alameda 4th of July Parade!

Once again the Frank Bette Center for the Arts will be in the Annual 4th of July Parade, and this year you can be a part of it!

We are looking for a few volunteers to ride their bikes or walk along behind our car and pass out flyers. If you are interested please contact Margaret Fago

If you can't participate look for us! We will be in the middle (101).

Building Update

Thank you to all who have contributed to our reopening! If you haven't made a contribution, please do so now! We are still looking at making some electrical upgrades upstairs and lighting upgrades downstairs.

We are getting closer to opening. Omega has finished the back staircase landing and AT Weber has replaced the upstairs water heater and furnace. Ros Harper has painted a couple of rooms upstairs. We still need to remove the upstairs bathtub.

We will be renting artists studio space (daytime use only) as well as rooms for meetings and classes.

We hope to get a complete list from the city of all the required fixes and get them finished and a final inspection soon. We will make an announcement when we are finally open. Hang in there!
