Dear Professional,

In this issue, read about our work with health professionals and families bereaved by epilepsy. Thanks goes to Kt's Fund for funding and backing our work in Cornwall that led to SUDEP Action sharing Neurology team of the Year 2016, for innovation to tackle epilepsy deaths. This endorsement by the British Medical Journal Award, backs a positive structured approach to talking about risk, that has changed culture and practice. We are now working with many teams around the country. Please consider being a Champion4change and working with us to promote safety tools and our free SUDEP and Seizure Safety e-learning. SUDEP Action presented on Disclosure of risk and The Epilepsy Deaths Register at the PAME conference in Washington DC from June 23rd-26th.
