Pathway of Hope:  The Greenwood Salvation Army, in cooperation with The Refuge, is offering a program for families who need extra support, mentoring, resources, etc.  If you know of a family that has fallen on hard times and needs some direction, send them to Salvation Army of Greenwood.  They have coaches there that will work with families to establish goals to strive for a better future.  There is a pull tab sheet in Fellowship Hall for the number to call.  The Salvation Army, 325 Market Plaza, Greenwood IN, 317-881-2505.
  Parlotto Mission Presentation:
On July 22 at 6:00 P.M. Steve and Amie Parlotto will be sharing information on Thailand and will be preparing an authentic Northeast Thai meal.

Book Review:  :  Combining fact and fiction, The Barefoot Mailman by Theodore Pratt, tells the story of how Alexander Hamilton actually delivered mail between Miami and Palm Beach in the 1880’s before the railroad was built.  In walking his usual route, he usually covered 7000 miles in one year, often in the broiling sun or hurricanes.  He mysteriously lost his life in 1887 attempting to swim the Hillsborough River.  Hamilton was an honest man and because of this carried many secrets to his grave.  You’ll find this book in F Pra.

 Kroger Community Rewards:
CGC earns about $150+ every quarter and you can now help earn money for the church while purchasing your groceries!
