23 lb Potato Harvest!

Last Wednesday, we harvested half of our potato crop and ended up with 23 pounds worth of tubers! Needless to say, we had plenty to share! One of our regular farmhands, Megan, took some home, and shared the above photo of what she did with them 😋  We'll have more to harvest in the coming weeks, so stay tuned for when the next batch will be ready.

#StartedInTheGardenNowWereHere

We're putting our own spin on a popular hip hop song by Drake called, "Started From The Bottom," with the hashtag #StartedInTheGardenNowWereHere. This hashtag is for those of you who take produce home from the garden and then take photos of how you cook the produce. Feel free to send them to us, as well as your recipe so we can all share in the deliciousness!

Summer Fruits

Last week, we added a variety of summer fruits to the garden: we planted cucumber, watermelon, and cantaloupe, and transplanted jalapeno and bell pepper plants.

Available to harvest:

  • Collard greens
  • Lemon balm
  • Mint
  • Potatoes

  • Cilantro
Coming soon

That's its for now,
hope to see you in the garden!
