Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Major Offender’s Division need the public’s assistance locating Fugitive Kelvin Joe Brown.
Kelvin Joe Brown is a fugitive from justice stemming from an aggravated robbery that took place on April 1, 2013, inside a hotel room in the 8800 block of Airport Boulevard in Houston, TX. On that day, Fugitive Brown brutally beat the victim with a pair of handcuffs and stole her property. A witness knocked on the door during this incident and Fugitive Brown fled the location in a beige colored car. Officers collected DNA evidence from the scene that linked Fugitive Brown to the aggravated robbery.
On July 11, 2016, Fugitive Brown was charged with Aggravated Robbery out of Harris County District Court #209.
