As a board-certified music therapist, Cindy Markham, MT-BC of Kindred Spirits Music Therapy provides an interactive musical experience for individuals in memory care. She sings, plays the autoharp, and uses her own pre-recorded music to help elders with socialization, movement, and reminiscence. Cindy currently provides music therapy for numerous long-term care facilities and adult care homes.
