Exciting Times!

Hi <<First Name>>
We are so excited Business Women Australia is growing.  Thanks must go to our talented collaborators with their fabulous workshops, Success Circles and panel discussions. We’re certainly extending our reach with monthly events in Bunbury, Leederville, South Perth, Mandurah and across the Nullarbor into Victoria, as well as online with our eCircle Power Hour.

Melbourne here we come...
I’m thrilled to announce our first Success Circle in Melbourne with Leader Nell Wilson will be breakfast event on Friday 26th August. Nell is an experienced, accredited and accomplished HR specialist and Executive Coach. We thank Nell for taking on the leader role and Cindy Turner for sourcing a great venue at Henry and Fox on Little Collins Street. We’re looking at setting up a Success Circle in Bayside, so watch this space and join us on the 26th if you can. Book here.

The Wellness Revolution Long Table Supper Soiree - got your ticket?
Are you joining us at the Wellness Revolution Supper Soiree on 27th July? I’m thrilled that one of the highest rated international speakers in corporate health is our Soiree keynote, Dr Linda Friedland. Linda is a Diamond member and has authored five popular books on well being. She will share ways to optimise energy and improve your health, over supper with a mini-expo showcasing well being products and services. It will be amazing!

We love our Corporate Partners
Great news on the corporate front... HHG Legal Group has renewed their partnership agreement for another 12 months supporting business women. We’re grateful to HHG and love seeing our calendar with Boardroom Banters and Lunch & Learn sessions mixing with their professional team at their lovely offices. We also thank our corporate partner Fortis Consulting, along with our Sapphire and Diamond members who have enjoyed the round table discussions at the Change Champions forum. Stephen Smith has shared his experiences as Minister of Defence where gender abuse issues were unveiled, and last month we appreciated insights from Avivo’s CEO, Rosie Lawn, discussing the challenge of delivering care and support services in an ever-changing environment.

I’m also pleased to announce a new partnership with Outback Initiatives to develop a Leadership Acceleration program for professional women in business. Outback Initiatives has remarkable experience delivering personal, corporate and government programs set in challenging rural and remote locations. We’re confident our co-branded Leadership Challenge will deliver the most powerful experiential development for women. Dates have been scheduled for Nov (Perth) and Feb (Canberra) and March (Melbourne).  Professional firms and companies interested in registering please contact us for information on group packages. More information here.

We all know Business Women work hard, so don’t forget to rest and reward yourselves.

See you soon.
