New Client - Circadian Trust
We’re pleased to announce that GGFit has been engaged by Circadian Trust to help implement member retention improvements across 5 sites. Initially working on data analysis of memberships, workouts, programmes, and classes, this will proceed to setting KPIs, targets, and retention initiatives and actions, working closely with Technogym, Cascade3d, Proinsight and BigWaveMedia.
Mark Crutchley, Chief Executive at Circadian, looks forward to a developing relationship, “GGFit will help to bring focus to all of our retention efforts with reports and metrics to show what’s working, enabling us to keep more of our members more active.”
Olympic Challenges
The Rio Olympics run from Friday 5th to Sunday 21st August, and the Paralympics from Wednesday 7th to Sunday 18th September. Both are great opportunities to run challenges at your club.
You'll need to be quick if you're starting your planning now, but here are some ideas to get you up and running...
- Simple: Count Visits / Workouts / Classes
- Medium: Run, Row, Ride, Swim certain distances
- Complex: Complete 10 events
You can record achievements on a simple 'coffee card' that gets signed or stamped for each workout or km. Alternatively, your Leisure Management System or Exercise Management System could track members' milestones.
The Olympics and Paralympics are inclusive - it's about taking part, not winning. Ideally, you'll have a prize for everyone who competes in (or completes) the challenge. Take photos of your members on a podium to share on social media.
A successful challenge needs preparation before, and follow-up after the event.
