STATE TEAM TIME TRIAL CHAMPS!

What a great day for RBCC with our MMAS 150+ Team of Daniele Vanolini, Dave Jackson, Geoff Baxter and Peter Selkrig winning GOLD in the State Team Time Trial at Nowra on Saturday. The team produced a brilliant display of teamwork with all four finishing together strongly to record a time of 55:25 for the 40km.
The club was proudly represented by five teams with some excellent results:
MMAS Team - 6th Place - Time: 55:16

MMAS Team - 15th Place - Time: 57:02

MMAS 150+ Team - 13th Place - Time: 1:02:25

A huge thanks to Anna Murray for all her hard work in organising the teams, encouraging everyone to train together and making sure all the logistics were taken care of! No mean feat I might add! Thanks to Anna, Sue Henry, Sheryl Rotondo and Stewart Lawler for driving cars behind each of the teams on Saturday. It really is a true team effort and great to see the club being so well represented.

NSW Metropolitan Junior Championships & Southern Cross Cup
The Club was well represented by our Junior riders at the NSW Metropolitian Champs in Sutherland on Saturday, 9 July and in the Southern Cross Cup on Sunday, 10 July 2016. We had some excellent results including:
In the Under 13's Road Race:
7th - Brayden Bloch
8th - Zachary Serov
12th - Hugh Harvey
All three riders finished in the lead group which is a fantastic effort!
In the Southern Cross Cup:
1st - Hugh Harvey in the Road Race
2nd - Hugh Harvey in the Criterium

Well done to all that raced on Saturday and a big thank you to our tireless team of John Buckton, Richard Jenkins, Jo Buckton, Anna Fortuna, Alex Rosenwax, Ian Ross and Jared Smith who without them racing wouldn't be possible.
