Life on HARS is the quarterly news bulletin from the Hearing Aid Repair Shop (HARS). This edition features summer hearing aid care tips, details on our hearing aid recycling scheme and a visit by Chelsea goalkeeper, Asmir Begovic, to Mary Hare School for the deaf.

BAA Conference 2016 - People Make Audiology
The British Academy of Audiology's 13th Annual Conference is taking place in Glasgow on 10 and 11 November and our sister company, Arlington Laboratories, be there on stand 35.

 
Bring the noise
Did you know that the level at which employers must provide hearing protection and hearing protection zones is 85 decibels? Many don't and aren't even aware that Noise Regulations exist.
Mary Hare School named Regional Winners
Mary Hare School has been lucky enough to be chosen as a Regional Winner in Jewson's Building Better Communities and will be receiving £5,000 towards their Sink or Swim campaign.
Hearing Centre Open Day
Our sister company, Mary Hare Hearing Centre, will be holding its annual Open Day on Tuesday 20 September at Arlington Arts Centre. And we'll be there!
Chula gets Gung-Ho!
On 10 September our very own Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator, Chula Bishop, will be taking on the 5K Gung-Ho! obstacle course to raise money for Mary Hare School's Assistive Technology appeal. You can sponsor her here.
Mouldy Ears FC do Arlington proud
The team from our sister company, Arlington Laboratories, got stuck into their matches at Mary Hare's recent 6 aside football tournament to raise money for the school. Take a look at the action.
Celebrating 70 years
Mary Hare School is continuing to celebrate its 70th anniversary with a special exhibition at Arlington Arts Centre, on the school campus. The exhibition is open to the public Monday-Friday from 9am - 5.30pm and is free of charge. It runs until Saturday 29 October 2016. See more.
The perfect place to tie the knot
Greenham Lodge is home to HARS. But did you know it's also the perfect setting for weddings, events and other celebrations? All the proceeds go to Mary Hare School.
