Clifton's has arrived! On September 17th, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, Councilmember Jose Huizar, and others joined Andrew Meieran and Barbara Jacobs to cut the ribbon on the newly reopen Clifton's Cafeteria. The iconic restaurant has kept its signature woodland aesthetic and cafeteria-style kitchen with meticulous attention to detail shining through every pine-tree diorama, restored neon light, one-of-a-kind piece of vintage furniture, and in the 4-story Redwood dominating the central dining room.

Clifton's reopening represents an important step forward for Broadway's growth as new businesses, housing, and events increasingly drive foot traffic south on the corridor. With the Globe Theatre recently reopened, Broadway Trade Center's construction underway, new renderings for the Herald Examiner stirring up excitement, Broadway is becoming a place to stay up late. Stop by Clifton's everyday 'till 2am on Broadway between 6th and 7th Streets.
