Lecture - The City of the Falcon: Egypt’s First Capital and Royal Cemetery at Hierakonpolis

Dr. Renee Friedman will talk about recent burial excavations that are shedding new light on the origins of Egypt’s pharaohs.  Come hear about these exciting new discoveries including burials of exotic animals.

Faye Longchamp returns to her ancestral home on Joyeuse Island, only to face possible environmental degradation on the island and attacks upon her family's heritage.
