About Mr. Lakshman Pillai
Lakshman Pillai has over 24 years of experience in Information Technology, Knowledge Management (KM), Enterprise Transformation and Education Transformation (ET). After gaining both technical and leadership skills for twelve years and feeling the importance of KM and ET in this knowledge era, he has founded Lpcube Systems in 2001 and Dexlau Consulting in 2004. He has conceived the product idea for building holistic workplace and holistic learning campus. His passion and dedication for building world-class and transformational software products are energizing him to transform his vision into reality.
As a Chief Architect, he is leading a team of talented people to build and market an innovative end-to-end enterprise and education transformation solution called Smipio and Knowledge Management Platform called Business Memory. He has delivered thought provoking presentations, provided consulting to knowledge enterprises across the globe and has published interesting articles in the areas of ET and KM.
He has won many awards for his outstanding performance during his tenure in ORACLE as well as WIPRO. He is proud of his working with two great IT leaders WIPRO and ORACLE -" the major steppingstones" in his career. His strong interest in reading, listening, leadership, strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, knowledge management and spirituality energized him to work on visionary ideas. He has helped many small and large companies including MNCs in Asia Pacific and USA.
Pillai's academic qualifications include a B.Sc. in Physics from Jamal Mohamed College, Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Nehru Memorial College, Bharathidasan University and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai Kamaraj University, India. He was a top-ranker both in graduate and postgraduate studies. He went through many training programs in Singapore Institute of Managment (SIM).
He is a member of "The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE)" - Chennai chapter. He actively participates in NASSCOM Emerge, kCommunity, knowledge board and Linkedin groups focusing on HR, Talent Management and KM.
