"My love of food and wine has led me to make a career out of it. At the age of 13, I started in the family patisserie, a sweet and savory playground with sponge cakes, various doughs, pastry creams, melted chocolates, ganache, pure extracts, preheated ovens and all the equipment to make assembly easy. I quickly graduated to catering and was running 500-seat floors by the time I was 16. In college, I entered the restaurant industry before expanding into the world of food distribution and wine sales. I want to meet everyone excited about trying new food and restaurants."
