The Credit Industry is continually evolving and Credit Professionals are evolving with it.  This issue showcases this by looking at a Credit Manager's experiences, tips on getting the most out of conferences and updates on Phoenix activity to name just a few articles.

We are looking forward to learning, updating and connecting on all things credit in less than 2 weeks!

If you haven't registered yet, don't miss out as we are expecting this to be one of our best attended conferences ever and the Gala Dinner seats are filling fast.

- Ensure you have received your registration confirmation email. We have discovered a few members had made an error when sending forms and payments. You can check your registration on line or contact the AICM office.
- Encourage your Sales Manager or other colleagues to attend so they can get a better understanding of the complexities of the Credit Profession.

Credit as a Member of the Sales Process

Paul Burgess bbuscom CPA FAIM MICM, National Credit Manager at Steelforce Australia Pty Ltd, has achieved great results for his business by using the Credit Management function as a competitive advantage. From directly influencing sales results through to refining sales and marketing campaigns. Paul shares his experiences as food for thought for other Credit Professionals.

Don't Get Burnt by the Phoenix

Credit Professionals have long been aware of the damage illegal Phoenix activity can cause but it seems the ATO, ASIC and other Federal agencies are taking significant steps to address this issue.
