Judging Assignments are going out right now via E-Mail - please watch for yours!

Jason McLaughlin is working to e-mail each of you with your judging assignments and a copy of the schedule for this weekend.

If you are slated to judge, but do not hear from Jason, please let us know!! Maybe we've got a bad email address on file or something...

Stewards - Reminder!

Please show up on time, as you will be given a brief stewarding orientation before judging begins.

For example, our Friday evening check-in starts at 5:30pm - We will begin orienting stewards at around 5:45pm. Make sense?

Beer & Cookie Pairing Time Change

We anticipate that Saturday PM judging will go fairly quickly.
To accommodate this, we will set the cookie pairing up early -- It should be ready for judges & stewards by around 3:00PM Saturday.

So don't worry about waiting until exactly 4:00:00.0 pm - Fuhgeddaboutit! - Come on up to the loft when you are done judging. We should be ready & waiting for you.
