Share Your God Stories

Great things are happening every week!

God has been active in the lives of the people of our church. We have heard stories recently of how God has been healing brokenness in many areas of life. Just last Sunday, Paul shared about how he received prayer for a painful ear ache that he had been suffering with for 10-12 days. With prayer, the pain reduced noticeably in the moment and within 2 days, the pain was entirely gone! As a church, we celebrate when God steps in and brings this kind of healing!
We live in a broken world and not every hurt gets healed. Not every relationship gets restored. Not every need gets met. But as a church, we want to press in and pray for God to come and do more in our lives and in our world. As we celebrate when God acts, giving Him praise and giving him credit for what He has done, I think it encourages us to push in for more.
So share your God stories! Post them online, share them in a life group, talk to one of us and see about sharing on a Sunday morning. We want to hear more of what God is doing!
See you soon.

Prayer Hangout
Every other Thursday Night a group meets online for prayer. We pray for each other and for the needs of our church. It is a great midweek time to connect with each other and with God, especially if you have to miss your life group that week. Join us tonight at 8:00 pm. To access the Google Hangout, click Here

Martinez Park
This Sunday after church we will head out to Martinez Park for a time to hang out together with each other and the people in the park. We'll have games and things to do while we hang out together. It's a good chance to have an extended conversation with someone you've met recently at church or to meet someone from the neighborhood.
We Are One
As we continue our sermon series on race, we will explore Ephesians 4 this week. Spend some time one day and read chapter 4, if you can. Pray for God to begin to speak to you from the passage. Listen for what God wants to say to you and to us as a church at this time.
