The Battle of Ideas
17th October 2015

The annual Battle of Ideas festival, a weekend of debate initiated by the Institute of Ideas and organised with partners from the arts, academia, business, science and media, is embarking on its second decade.

Every year, hundreds of speakers from home and abroad, along with over 2,500 vocal attendees, gather to ‘shape the future through debate’. No topics are off limits; this year the programme will debate everything from War & Peace to Life & Death; modernising Shakespeare to the Sharing Economy; ‘rape culture’ to racism on film; from free-range kids to free-speech wars and includes a whole strand on the 'Battle over Technology'.

And because they love CF:G, they have offered us 2 tickets to give away for a day of your choice!

To be in with a chance of winning the pair, simply tweet us to tell us to say which session you really want to see (it's a really tough choice we know!), and include the text "#BattleOfIdeas @CodeFirstGirls"

Full details can be found hereCut-price tickets for school students are also available.
