You can enter the draw to win my ticket to the State of the Art (SOTA) Astrology Conference!
You might know how much the SOTA conference has meant to me. I’ve featured the conference in many interviews of my online show Synchronicity WebTV. You can watch episodes here to get a feel of the amazing people who visit SOTA to teach and learn from each other. It's a wonderful space to feel supported on your astrological journey. I know I will miss being there, but I hope that means that someone else will have an experience you will certainly cherish.
Since I will not be able to make it to this year’s SOTA conference I will be giving away my ticket to 1 lucky winner to meet and mingle with amazing astrologers from around the world! Please be sure to enter only if you are available to be in the Buffalo New York area from October 22–25, 2015. The 1 winner will be selected by random draw the week before the conference on Wednesday October 14, 2015 and contacted via email.
If you enter and are not the winner, you can still attend the conference! Visit Donna’s website for more information and to make that memorable journey happen for yourself.
For all who enter, please check your inboxes mid week. We request a response within 24 hours, or else the win is void and we will choose another winner for the conference pass. Once the winner is confirmed, it will be announced on Social Media. We will also let the conference organizer, Donna Van Toen, know that you have won, so that your welcome package can be ready for you at your arrival.
What does your Prize entail?
The prize is officially called the DELUXE CONFERENCE PACKAGE, which includes all main lectures from Friday to Sunday, The Thursday opening keynote, and Saturday night banquet. It is valued at $300 USD. If you are the winner, the cost of the pass cannot be exchanged for cash value or refunded to you, partially or fully, in any way.
The winner of the SOTA Conference ticket giveaway is for access to the conference providing Full access to the main events at SOTA, but does not include pre-conference events or workshops, hotel, food or travel expenses.
Travel and Hotel Accommodation Details:
The conference will be located at the Millennium Hotel Cheektowaga, NY on October 22 to 25, 2015.
If you are selected as the winner of the contest you will be responsible for your travel to and from the conference location, as well as your own food and accommodations. The Millennium Hotel may have rooms still available AT THE LOWER CONFERENCE RATE at your time of booking. You will have to contact them directly and tell them you are with the SOTA conference, and ask if the reduced rate is still available.
However, we can suggest that if all the reduced priced rooms at the Millennium Hotel are booked, you will need to take into consideration booking at the regular price, or staying at a nearby hotel in the area.
If hotel costs are an issue for you, you can connect with other attendees in advance on the SOTA Facebook page and ask if anyone is looking for a roommate. People are often willing to split costs and share rooms.
Ultimately, we ask that you do ensure that the area is readily accessible to you, that you are able to travel there freely, before you submit your ballot to win. That way, we can be sure that the person who does win will be able to take full advantage of the opportunity to experience this fantastic event.

Each Month when there is a Full Moon I love to share a picture of the Moon on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google+) on the day of the Full Moon.
