Behind every nonprofit mission is a group of people committed to the cause who regularly give their time to help those in need. Food for Hope is no exception! We have an incredible group of folks that help us out each week so that we can feed over 200 students at five different schools.
Every Monday evening we pack food bags at 5:30 at Summit of Peace Lutheran Church.
Tim Chelf & Mike Lewis are always there early to help set-up!
Dick Schmitz (our volunteer coordinator), Donna Dirks, & Kristi Kindschuh have served faithfully since Food for Hope was serving only one school.
Children are welcome to help too!
Mo Martinez is a great help delivering food to schools and picking up food from the food bank each week.
Amanda is pursuing a degree in nutrition. She does our weekly food orders to ensure that our students receive the most nutritious food possible.
And there are so many more! We greatly value each person who lends us their knowledge, skills, and time to better our organization. We are always looking for more hands and feet so that we can expand our services to more families! Please consider using your time and talents to help out. Check out our

! We will be distributing at least 1,500 boxes full of all the fixin's for a full holiday dinner (including the turkey!) to all five of the elementary schools we serve. We need YOUR HELP!
Thank you again for your ongoing support. Because of YOU, we move forward with our mission.
