The warmer weather has caused the fall colors to turn ever so slowly but many of the maples are now turning a vibrant red and orange. This tree is on the Lax Lake Road by Tettegouche State Park.
I didn’t think we were going to get much yellow along the shore this year since the color change is so late but this weekend the birch and aspen are now finally turning. If we continue to get good weather it should hold for a couple more weeks.
