Dear Parliament Presenters and Attendees,

 

As most of you know, the Parliament is less than a week away, and we are currently in the process of creating a filming/streaming schedule for certain sessions at the event. Our aim is to accommodate the wishes of our presenters and attendees who do not wish to be filmed.
 

If you observe Shabbat and do not wish to be filmed, or if you are presenting/participating in a particular session during Shabbat and cannot be filmed, please send as much information regarding the time/date/title of the session as possible.  Also, please include your full name that you used to register.  
 

Please respond to this email by Friday 10/9 at 3:00pm CST so that any updates get to the film crew in time and make it onto the filming schedule. We are adhering to a strict deadline, and time is of the essence. Unfortunately, once the Parliament begins, we will be unable to accommodate any last-minute requests.
