The City is working on a new Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) for the Downtown West area, located between 9 Street SW and 14 Street SW, bordered by the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks to the south and the Bow River to the north. The ARP is meant to ensure development of this area supports the goals of the Municipal Development Plan and aligns with the Centre City Plan.
