Neurohealth News – October 2015 - It's all about Exercise!
Neurohealth Chiropratic
Welcome to the October issue of Neurohealth News!

This month’s newsletter is all about exercise and getting the best out of your body – definitely an issue at the forefront of people’s minds as we move into summer. As well as staying fit and active, now is a great time to take a minute to catch your breath before the busy Christmas period.

Good luck to all our HSC students with your exams this month. Don’t stress, and make sure you get plenty of fresh air and good food whilst you study to keep those brain cells active.

Enjoy the snippets of a summer to come!

Until next month,

Enjoy!
