For Lips:

Applying over brow shadow or pencil makes it waterproof. Great for both men and women. Easy application via pencil. Just apply on brow hairs, and then blend through if needed with a spoolie brush.

For Eyes:

Apply as eyeliner before eye or brow shadow as a liner.

For Skin:

To minimize the appearance of fine lines and crow’s feet, apply to outer corners of the eye under foundation.
