An Evening Under The Stars

An Evening Under the Stars took place Tuesday, September 29th. Thanks to Gail and Judy Huff, we were able to host the fundraising event at their beautiful estate on Reeds Lake. All proceeds benefited the parks. It was definitely a night filled with gorgeous sunsets, amazing park supporters, and delicious food catered by Kitchen Sage. KCPF is so thankful for our wonderful park enthusiasts who made this night a success!

Bailey's Doggie Dash

Come join us October 17th for the 16th annual Bailey's Doggie Dash! Beginning at 9:00am with a 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile walk, this event is bound to be a waggin’ good time. The event will take place at Wabasis Lake Park in Rockford. All proceeds benefit the Kent County Parks Foundation!

Fallasburg Park

The first day of autumn has finally come! The leaves are just about to change if they haven't already. Make sure you get to enjoy this season's colors by visiting our featured park of the month, Fallasburg Park located in Lowell, Michigan. The park is a great place to visit in the fall because of its expansive nature trails and the covered bridge that crosses the Flat River.
