MALTA RIDGE ORCHARD & GARDENS:
The Apple Trailer is Back! Come pick; Honeycrisp, ginger Golds, Cortland, Macon, Empire, Mac, Pumpkins, gourds, butternut squash, acorn squash, spaghetti squash.
We have lots of meats available this Sunday too. Goat meat. We will also have Beef, Pork, and Chicken. Whole Chickens are $15, Chicken Wings and Drumsticks are $2.50/lb and Thighs will be $4.00/lb.

Echo Creek Farm will be bringing Winter squashes such as spaghetti, delicata, acorn, buttercup, sweet dumpling, pie pumpkins, and more, lots of Greens such as spinach, arugula, three kinds of kale dinosaur, red Russian, and blue curled, mixed lettuce, Swiss chard and head lettuce. Plus hakurei turnips with greens. Also, cabbage, Napa cabbage, red beets, carrots, potatoes white, red and all purple, cherry Tomatoes and heirloom and slicing tomatoes, yellow onions, sweet onions, shallots, and leeks, sweet peppers of varying colors, hot peppers such as jalapeños, hungarian hot wax, and habanero, garlic, kohlrabi, red radishes, and zucchini and summer squash plus more!
STEVENS VEGETABLES:
Even tho it's October, we are still picking fresh Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Patty Pan, Eight Ball and Yellow Ball Squash! Come try our pure sweet Apple Cider, grab a bag of Mac's or Empire Apples. All varieties of Winter Squash are also available along with beautiful heads of Broccoli and Cabbage.

Spaghetti Squash Crusted Pizza

Believe it or not, this pizza is made with SPAGHETTI SQUASH crust!!
So for this recipe I took some pre-cooked spaghetti squash mixed it with one egg, seasonings of choice ( garlic, basil, oregano, salt) and Romano cheese.
Press it down onto a baking sheet.
Bake it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes then flip it over for another 20.
Top with your favorite toppings.
Place it back into the oven and bake till cheese is melted.
ENJOY!

We are open SUNDAYS 10am till 3pm. Plenty of parking at the National Museum of Dance, Lincoln Baths, and adjacent parking fields. On extra busy days, parking is always available at the *Warming Hut parking lot and parking fields as well.
