Titus Ray's Famous Chili Recipe

1 Medium Onion, Chopped
2 pounds Ground Beef
2 cans Ranch Style Beans (15 oz. size)
1 small can Green Chilis
2 cans Mexican-style Diced Tomatoes
2 cans Tomato Sauce
1 can Whole Kernel Corn
1 package Taco Seasoning
1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
1-2 teaspoons Chili Powder

Brown onion and ground beef together in dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat for 2-3 hours or pour in a crockpot or slow cooker and simmer for 6-8 hours on low setting.

Garnish with grated cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.

Serves 6-8.

Second Book in the Titus Ray Thriller Series
