Polarity Therapy is a powerful holistic healing system combining some of the world’s most ancient medical wisdom with the most modern advances in health care. Life energy also known as chi or prana, weaves the fabric of our beings, creating the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimension in life. Disease, pain and stress are the results of underlying energy imbalances also referred to as “blockages”. Polarity Therapy seeks to find the blockages – that cause stress, pain and disease – and release energy to normal flow patterns, as well as to maintain the energy field in an open, flexible condition. As a result, improving the flow of energy in our body brings together greater balance to the whole system.

Eileen will provide Traditional Thai Yoga Massage techniques to help you completely release tension and stress. Thai Yoga Massage is a healing art based on Ayurvedic medicine and yoga. It focuses on balancing the physical and energetic bodies, clearing any blockages that may exist in the meridians. It is a hands-on practice that includes gentle compression, passive movement and stretching.
