Ever wonder how great things happen in our neighborhood?

You know, spring cleanups, summer BBQs, Movies in the Park, pesticide free Arbor Lodge Park—and no, the list doesn’t end there! Your Arbor Lodge Neighborhood Association is hard at work ensuring that our neighborhood thrives.

Let us extend a warm invitation for you to get involved with us!

Do you have excellent organizational skills or party planning panache? Volunteer to help out with some of our outreach events. Interested in getting your hands dirty and being a part of month-to-month decision making? Step on up and offer to fill one of our vacant seats—we’d love to have you on the board!

Help by joining us on Thursday, October 15 at 6:30pm at the Historic Kenton Firehouse and voting in our new leadership. We think it's important to involve as many neighbors as possible in the selection of our board members. Even if you haven't been to a meeting before, you'll play an important role in our elections and get the insider's scoop on what’s happening in the neighborhood and across the city. We'll have developers present from two new apartment complexes going in in the neighborhood (near New Seasons and on N Greenwich) plus information on plans for Lombard development and traffic safety. Plus, we'll have pizza so you don't have to worry about dinner!

If you have ever spent time volunteering, you know that it takes all kinds of hard- working and dedicated people to make things happen. Projects don’t complete themselves, issues don’t advocate for themselves, art doesn’t magically appear—people are the driving force. The same is true for our neighborhood - neighbors must be the driving force!
