Health Tip Of the Week
Stay motivated to workout by changing up your workout. Doing the same workout can make you feel like it is a job and eliminates the fun out of it. Most gyms offer a variety of classes you can select from, so instead of the usual cardio machine try taking a class. Join a group fitness gym or outdoor fitness program – make it fun! It is also a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and form relationships.
